Decline
If an insurer rates that they are unable to offer cover for a vehicle or a client, then they will normally issue a ‘decline’. This can be decided upon many factors.

Direct Sources of Insurance Business
Insurance transacted where no intermediary is involved, including marketing sources (e.g. newspaper advertisements), telephone sales, the internet and business through branch offices.
