Full details of our complaint procedures are in your policy document and on our website. If you are unhappy with the outcome of any complaint you can contact the Financial Ombudsman Service.

We, and your Insurers, are covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme, which may entitle you to compensation if we/they cannot meet our/their obligations.

We act on behalf of Insurers when negotiating and settling claims.
